    We wish we could get Just Science products into the hands of everyone, but currently, we are only able to ship to the United States.

  • Where do orders ship from?

    Orders are shipped from Tennessee in most cases but may be shipped from Arizona at the discretion of Just Science.

  • How Long Does It Take to Process an Order?

    All orders received by noon Mountain Standard Time are processed the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive notification, containing tracking information, when your order has shipped.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we offer free shipping via USPS Priority to anywhere in the United States.

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    Once an order comes in, we send it quickly to ensure it arrives to you as soon as possible. If changes are needed, please call us immediately and we will update when possible.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    When you complete your order, you will receive an email with all the order details. Please check to make sure that all the information is correct and if there are any issues, please reply to that email immediately so we can get the changes made. When the order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
